Webinar Description:

Redeveloping brownfield sites is an opportunity to improve community health and promote economic growth. However, changes in market forces can pose risks for displacement of the existing residents or businesses. The panelists will discuss ways to identify concerns of involuntary displacement and relevant anti-displacement strategies to minimize risks early in the brownfield revitalization process. The webinar is an introduction to the EPA-funded Brownfields Revitalization Anti-Displacement Strategies (BRADS) Program and technical assistance services offered nationwide.
